Justin A. Sathoff, 35, of Trimont, was convicted of speeding; fined $185. Received an additional charge of expiration of drivers license-over 21; dismissed.

Speeding — Rebecca J. Whitman, 46, of Granada; fined $285.

Tires extending beyond fenders — Logan T. Bannister, 25, of Lakefield; fined $135.

Diane K. Paskey, 71, of Sherburn, was convicted of traffic-reckless driving-drives consciously disregarding a substantial or unjustifiable risk; fined $360, sentenced to jail 30 days, stay 30 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, no same or similar, pay restitution if ordered. Received additional charge of traffic regulation-following vehicle more closely than reasonable and prudent; dismissed.

Richard R. Rochefort Jr., 66, of Trimont, was convicted of theft-take/use/tranfer movable prop-no consent; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stay 30 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, no same or similar.

Jaden J. Douglas, 25, of Blue Earth, received a stay of adjudication for domestic assault-misdemeanor-intentionally inflicts/attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $75, supervised probation six months, Complete Domestic Abuse Batterer’s Intervention Program, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.

Dylan J. Miller, 46, of Wells, was convicted of dangerous weapons-metal knuckles/switch blade; fined $210, fined $210. Also convicted of driving after revocation; fined $50. Received additional charges of cannabis open package-cannabis use in motor vehicle on street or highway prohibited, possess ammo/any firearm-user of controlled substance, and possess ammo/any firearm-conviction or adjudicated delinquent for crime of violence; dismissed.

Speeding — Mohammad Ahmad, 28, of San Antonio, Texas; fined $145; Sarah J. Shey, 55, of Brooklyn, N.Y.; Thomas J. Donahue, 29, of Lexington, Mass.; fined $225.

Ramon Briseno, 38, of Winnebago, received a stay of adjudication for fleeing a peace officer by a means other than a motor vehicle; fined $175, sentenced to jail five days, credit for time served five days, unsupervised probation six months, no fleeing police or similar offenses outlined in complaint. Received additional charges of domestic assault-felony, and disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; dismissed.

Careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway — Andrew J. Lorenzen, 55, of Blue Earth; fined $185.

Seat belt required-driver and passengers must use — Mario Alvear, 34, of Huntley; fined $110.

Speeding — Patricia C. Brasfield, 36, of Marshall, Ill.; fined $145; Yinding Li, 25, of Plainsboro, N.J.; fined $285.

Driving after revocation — Dustin D. Pierson, 25, of Blue Earth; fined $285.
