Tanner J. Danielson, 30, of Fairmont was convicted of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; fined $910, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, 28 days may be served on EHM with alco-sensor, work release is granted when in custody, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete comprehensive assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, attend MADD impact panel, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Also convicted of speeding; sentenced to jail 30 days, 28 days may be served on EHM with alco-sensor, remaining 48 hours to be served in custody, work release is granted. Additional charges of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours, and driving after revocation, were both dismissed.

Travis B. Walker, 41, of Elmore was convicted of marijuana in motor vehicle-more than 1.4 grams; fined $235. Also convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $50. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia; fined $50. Also convicted of license plate covers (clear or colored); fined $30.

David J. Metteer, 35, of Fairmont was convicted of suspended object; fined $130. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Jason L. Martin, 34, of North Mankato was convicted on a felony charge of receiving stolen property; fined $100, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 23 months. Additional felony charges of identity theft-transfer/possess/use identity of other person, aid and abet identity theft-transfer/possess/use identity of other person, aid and abet receiving stolen property, possession or sale of stolen or counterfeit check, aid and abet possession or sale of stolen or counterfeit check, financial transaction card fraud-receive or possess two or more, financial transaction card fraud-receive or possess two or more, were all dismissed.
