Grateful for Fairmont KC

To the editor:

The Fairmont Knights of Columbus sponsored a fundraiser breakfast last Sunday with the proceeds of the event going to benefit the Martin County Historical Society.  I would like to compliment that organization on the effort they put forth, the pleasant, friendly, and professional manner of all involved from those collecting payment for the breakfast to the cooks, servers, and the individuals cleaning tables.  It was a very pleasant and enjoyable time with a very good breakfast and the opportunity to visit with the many that attended.  The efforts and planning put forth by the Fairmont KC’s involved are certainly appreciated by the board, staff, and membership of the Martin County Historical Society.  Fairmont and Martin County should be very proud and appreciative of this organization and the venue they provide.
