Possess/sale small amount of marijuana-no remuneration — Ryan M. Hennager, 20, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Dog at large — Lori A. Bettin, 59, of Sherburn; fined $135.

No Minnesota drivers license — Daniel J. Livermore, 33, of Minneapolis; fined $185.

Driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type — Jordi J. Rodriguez Ocotlan, 23, of Estherville, Iowa; fined $185.

Luis R. Rodriguez Burgos, 28, of Fairmont was convicted of driver who’s not owner must later produce proof of insurance if required; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 11 days. Three separate additional charges of driving after revocation, and charges of driving without motorcycle endorsement, and failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, were all dismissed.

Denetrius D. Washington, 44, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $100, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 15 months, stayed five years, sentenced to jail 120 days, credit for time served 23 days, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, complete comprehensive assessment while in custody and sign releases of information for the assessor to obtain collateral information for the assessment, follow all recommendations of the assessment and if inpatient treatment is recommended them Martin County Sheriff’s office will transport when jail term is served, within two weeks, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, cognitive skill training if recommended by probation, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, obtain employment, maintain employment, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.

Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited, was dismissed.

Steven D. Frick, 66, of Fairmont was convicted of seat belt violation in a commercial vehicle; fined $110. Also convicted of annual Minnesota inspection decal violation; fined $100.
