Jonathan P. Grunewald, 34, of Welcome, was convicted of predatory offender-knowingly commits act or fails to fulfill registration requirement; fined $1,160, sentenced to jail 40 days, credit for time served 26 days, sentenced to jail 40 days, credit for time served three days, sentenced to jail 40 days, commit to correctional facility 30 months, stay for five years, supervised probation five years, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, give a DNA sample when directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, provide proof of any prescribed medication to supervising agent, cognitive skill training, predatory offender registration required, comply with all predatory offender registration requirements.
