Alcohol consumption by person under the age of 21 — Ashton Ronnie Lee Gilmore, 18, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Driving after suspension — Adam H. McNicol, 43, of Sherburn; fined $285.

Dillion L. Earhart, 26, of Fairmont received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $685, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete comprehensive assessment, cognitive skill training, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charges of possess over 1.4 grams of marijuana in motor vehicle, and possess/sale small amount of marijuana-no remuneration, were both dismissed.

Armando J. Rivera, 59, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $1,185, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 366 days, stayed five years, electronic home monitoring 30 days for indeterminate and must be in place by 09/02/2022, five years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete comprehensive assessment within two weeks, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.

Gerry K. Adams, 58, of Brook Park was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $185.
