Isaiah Fred R. Anderson, 19, of Blue Earth received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of third-degree criminal sex conduct-victim 13-15 and actor older than 24; fined $75, sentenced to jail 270 days, credit for time served 146 days, 10 years supervised probation, sentence to service 15 days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, enter into, cooperate and successfully complete outpatient sex offender treatment as arranged by agent, submit to polygraph examinations as directed, no contact with victim or family, don’t possess or use any pornographic/sexually explicit material, don’t enter places where sexual materials are available, don’t use phone sex lines, dating services, social networks or enter any strip clubs, adult book stores or any other business where the primary source of business is adult entertainment, no contact with persons under the age of 18, no unsupervised contact with female minors or vulnerable adults, follow all recommendations of psychosexual evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, complete individual therapy as directed by agent, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. 18 additional felony charges of third-degree criminal sex conduct-victim 13-15 and actor older than 24, were all dismissed.

Deven W. Hoffman-Meyer, 24, of Winnebago was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 86 days for one year, credit for time served four days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.

Jennifer L. Gable, 41, of Faribault was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $685, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 89 days for one year, credit for time served one day, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete current treatment program and follow all aftercare, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.

Juan I. Fernandez, 37, of Wells was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.
