Driving after revocation — Benjamin S. Muller, 42, of Sherburn; Christine M. Laue, 47, of Fenton, Iowa; each fined $315.

Cody N. Malmgren, 30, of Mankato was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of expired registration; fined $30.

Paola A. Zumaran Urrutia, 53, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200.

Amy M. Sathoff, 56, of Dolliver, Iowa was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $810, sentenced to jail 364 days, stayed 334 days for two years, serve 28 days on EHM with alco-sensor before 4/26/24 and serve remaining two days in the Martin County Jail, work release is granted while in custody and on EHM, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 45 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel and provide proof of completion to probation agent, cooperate and complete any post-investigation if required by probation, work on transfer of probation to Iowa, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition or explosives.
