Operate vehicle with expired registration — Caycie C. Volek, 42, of Belle Plaine; fined $115.

John W. Boyd, 28, of Mountain Lake was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $710, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, remain law-abiding. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, and operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, were both dismissed.

Robin G. Ramirez Ramirez, 23, of Fairmont was convicted of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $585, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 86 days for one year, credit for time served four days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, no same or similar, complete chemical assessment only if any use of alcohol or controlled substances occurs during probation, complete individual therapy as directed by agent and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, fees and fines to be credited for any out-of-pocket expenses, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of driving after revocation was dismissed.

Donald E. Lamont, 36, of Fairmont was convicted of reckless driving-drives consciously disregarding a substantial or unjustifiable risk; fined $485, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Jamie L. Janssen, 43, of Jackson was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $710, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 86 days for one year, credit for time served four days, one year unsupervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, no same or similar. Additional charges of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, and child endangerment-situation could cause harm or death, were both dismissed.

Kayona D. Carlvin, 41, of Phoenix, Ariz. was convicted of speeding; fined $135. Also convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $50.
