James M. Friedrichsen, 57, of Chicago, Ill., was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $810, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 362 days for two years, credit for time served three days, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, no same or similar, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charges of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, and open bottle law-possession, were both dismissed.

Jessica I. Perez, 41, of Jackson was convicted on a felony charge of second-degree controlled substance sales-10 grams or more of narcotic other then heroin with 90-day period; fined $75, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 48 months, stayed five years, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 58 days, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 15 days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, complete diagnostic assessment and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, cognitive skill training as directed by supervising agent, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. An additional felony charge of third-degree controlled substance possession-10 grams or more of narcotic other then heroin was dismissed.

Bradley J. Arnold, 35, of Sherburn was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $100, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 362 days for two years, credit for time served three days, two years supervised probation, defendant waives right to be present at sentencing, contact probation officer as directed, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of motor vehicle registration required was dismissed.

Lee D. Hanson, 45, of Welcome received a stay of adjudication on a charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $100, one year unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no contact with victim(s), no same or similar.
