David M. Clay Jr., 27, of Blue Earth received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death; fined $100, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no contact with victim(s), continue to work with mental health case management, therapists and the ARMHS workers as directed, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no same or similar, no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons including explosives or ammunitions, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Rojas Rojas, 33, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, restitution reserved if filed within 30 days, don’t enter victim’s residence, don’t enter Walmart in Fairmont for a period of one year, no same or similar.

Ana G. Rosario Rojas, 28, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, restitution reserved if filed within 30 days, don’t enter victim’s residence, don’t enter Walmart in Fairmont for a period of one year, no same or similar.

Nicholas J. Ziemke, 27, of Waseca was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Additional charge of fail to deliver title to transferee within 10 days was dismissed.
