Additional charge of emergency telephone calls and communications-interrupt/interfere/impede/disrupt 911 call was dismissed.

Ricky L. Zimmer, 64, of Windom was convicted of fail to display registration; fined $115. Also convicted of unsafe equipment; fined $40.
