Tyler A. Lesch, 22, of Warroad was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $685, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, no same or similar. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, and open bottle law-possession, were all dismissed.

Lisa M. Najera, 58, of St. James was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $260, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, don’t enter Fairmont Walmart for the term of probation, no same or similar.
