Driving after suspension — Lucas M. Debuhr Johnson, 24, of Swea City, Iowa; fined $285.

Blake T. Rasche, 34, of Fairmont was convicted of domestic abuse-violate No Contact Order within 10 years of previous conviction; fined $285, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 317 days for two years, credit for time served 16 days, serve as work release, serve four days in custody and remaining 30 days on EHM, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, restitution reserved, complete a mental health diagnostic assessment as directed by supervising agent and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, follow all recommendations for care and aftercare of the completed chemical dependency assessment as directed by supervising agent, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, refrain from the use of any form of violence including either violent behavior or threats of violence, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances was dismissed.

Randal S. Osmundsen, 55, of Fairmont received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $75, one year supervised probation, sentence to service five days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law.

Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited was dismissed.

Francisco J. Perez, 19, of St. James was convicted of driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type; fined $185. Also convicted of failure to drive with due care-speed greater than reasonable; fined $40.
