Possess over 1.4 grams of marijuana in motor vehicle — Devin D. Ibarra, 18, of Trimont; fined $235.

Michael A. Hatfield, 47, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 15 months, stayed five years, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 39 days, sentence to serve if eligible, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, complete and updated chemical dependency assessment and follow all recommendations, if inpatient treatment is recommended then Martin County Sheriff’s office is to transport defendant to treatment once a bed is available and the jail term is completed, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain employment, maintain employment, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Also convicted of operate motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 42 days. Additional felony charges of third-degree controlled substance possession-in school/park/public housing zone, and violate No Contact Order within 10 years of the first of two or more convictions, and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited, were all dismissed.

Nick C. Klunder, 41, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $785, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served three days, defendant may serve jail sentence on EHM as an option, work release granted, two years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, no same or similar.

Jacob R. McDonald, 29, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after cancellation; fined $385, sentenced to jail 17 days, credit for time served 17 days. Also convicted on another separate charge of driving after cancellation; fined $385, sentenced to jail 17 days, credit for time served 17 days. Additional charges of driving after cancellation, vehicle window restrictions-tint too dark, failure of driving to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, uninsured vehicle-driver violation, and failure of driver who’s not owner to later produce proof of insurance when required, were all dismissed.

Robin G. Ramirez Ramirez, 22, of Fairmont was convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $200. Also convicted of driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type; fined $185. Also convicted of driver fails to stop for stop sign; fined $50.

Mauricio Gutierrez-Espana, 26, of Fairmont was convicted of driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type; fined $185. Also convicted of speeding; fined $50.
