Fail to obey traffic control device — Verdine A. Craig-Wright, 77, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Driving without a valid motorcycle endorsement — Piotr K. Wasienski, 28, of Trimont; fined $135.

Driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type — Thomas C. Gerberding, 45, of Blue Earth; fined $185.

Careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway — Nicholas T. Mace, 25, of Ormsby; fined $185.

Jana L. Thammavongsa, 39, of Worthington was convicted of trespass-return to property within one year; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, don’t enter residence where the trespass order is in place, no same or similar.

Gape Toreph, 22, of Fairmont had a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another continued for dismissal; one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Jarred J. Barton, 22, of Truman was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, don’t go back to residence where theft occurred, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of trespass-entering posted land prohibited without first obtaining permission from owner was dismissed.

Travis G. Mitchell, 25, of (homeless) was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185, sentenced to jail five days, credit for time served five days.

Travis S. Runge, 43, of Sherburn was convicted of domestic abuse-violate No Contact Order; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 78 days for one year, credit for time served 12 days, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Kevin Metz, 61, of Kenosha, Wis. had a charge of speeding continued for dismissal; $125, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no new traffic offenses.

Gabriel S. Forstrom, 20, of Mountain Iron was convicted of no Minnesota drivers license (after 60 days residency/30 days CDL); fined $285, sentenced to jail 10 days, stayed 10 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no driving without valid drivers license and insurance, no same or similar.
