Deborah L. Camire, 49, of Biddeford, Maine; fined $145.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Michael J. Gjere, 61, of Blue Earth; fined $110.

Stray animals-running at large of domestic animals prohibited — Zachary J. Rumley, 27, of Delavan; fined $135.

Lee T. Huston, 30, of Wells received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of terroristic threats-reckless disregard; fined $500, sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days, two years supervised probation, complete mental health evaluation within 60 days and follow all recommendations, complete cognitive skill training as assigned by agent, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.

Kyra S. Peil, 19, of Brewster received a stay of adjudication on a charge of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances; fined $250, six months unsupervised probation, restitution reserved for six months, no same or similar.

Hope K. Kain, 22, of Oakdale was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of snow emergency parking violation; fined $72.

Jarod R. Mathiason, 37, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $1,162.60, restitution $777.60, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution in full by 6/11/2021, no same or similar.
