Mart, 53, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $910, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 354 days for two years, credit for time served 11 days, two years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign all releases of information, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charges of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol driving, and driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety, were both dismissed.

Additional charge of third-degree driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours was dismissed.
Richard A. Mount, 39, of Welcome was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $1,085, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 15 months, stayed five years, sentenced to jail 30 days, serve 30 days on electronic home monitoring, defendant can be furloughed for medical appointments, five years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, remain law-abiding, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.
Ismoiljon Mukhammadjonov, 23, of Miamisburg, Ohio was convicted of reckless driving-consciously disregards a substantial or unjustifiable risk; fined $285, sentenced to jail 45 days, stayed 45 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution if filed within 30 days, remain law-abiding, no same or similar.
