Christopher A. Fausch, 22, of Fairmont received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, complete diagnostic assessment, remain law-abiding, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, report to agent as directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Also convicted of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 86 days for one year, credit for time served four days, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, complete diagnostic assessment, remain law-abiding, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, attend MADD impact panel, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Melanie K. Salisbury, 20, of Armstrong was convicted of dog not licensed-first offense; fined $85, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, restitution reserved for 30 days, no same or similar. Additional charges of dangerous or potentially dangerous dogs-removal of microchip identification, and dog at large-first offense, were both dismissed.

Amber M. Shiplet, 29, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of fail to deliver or mail motor vehicle certificate of title to department within specified timeframe; fined $50, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Angel Anna L. Thate, 19, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $69.73, restitution $19.73, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution, no same or similar.

Dallas K. Murray, 26, of Jackson had a charge of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.
