Jersey N. Tungland, 19, of Fairmont, was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $260, sentenced to jail 30 days, stay 30 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, no same or similar and no assaultive or disorderly behavior.

Joseph K. Briscoe, 44, of Burnsville, was convicted of no proof mv insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $135.

Speeding — Carmen Figueroa-Garcia, 59, of Nicollet; fined $125; Dorota T. Zydek, 64, of Elgin, Ill.; fined $135.

Awilda M. Robles Ojeda, 27, of Fairmont, was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of no Minnesota driver’s license; fined $100.

Expiration of driver’s license-over 21 — Hanish Bashetty, 28, of Sherburn; fined $185.
