Failure to stop at stop signs or stop lines at entrance to thru highway — Brady L. Ekstrom, 35, of Truman; fined $135.

Window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance — Morgan L. Henry, 22, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Noise violation-music at residence — Carlos R. Rojas, 40, of Fairmont; fined $135.

CMV violation-operate CMV without CDL that meets standard of state or jurisdiction of domicile — Michael K. Anderson, 52, of Berlin, Mich.; fined $185.

No proof of motor vehicle insurance — Jessica M. Verschelde, 36, of Ceylon; fined $285.

Failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle — Savannah L. Kruse, 30, of Ceylon; fined $285.

Chad C. Olson, 49, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of theft; fined $910.75, restitution $710.75, one year supervised probation, pay restitution by 12/1/2020, write letter of apology, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, remain law-abiding, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Blake John L. Strait, 25, of Fairmont was convicted on two separate charges of driving after revocation; fined $285 for each charge.

Joshua R. Coopman, 38, of Madison Lake was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $85, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 90 days.

Bradley A. Engelby, 53, of Ledyard, Iowa was convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $110. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Alondra N. Gonzalez, 21, of Fairmont was convicted of uninsured vehicle-driver violation; fined $285. Also convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class/type; fined $100.

Robert E. Rikkers, 56, of Mankato was convicted of ignition interlock restriction violation; fined $235. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.
