Exceed allowable 80,000 pound gross weight — Jacob L. Mastin, 35, of Blue Earth; fined $485.

Dustin C. Sonnek, 23, of Janesville received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of first-degree damage to property-value reduced over $1000; fined $3,500, restitution $3,500, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served three days, serve as work release if eligible, may serve 60 days on EHM with alcohol monitoring at defendant’s expense, three years supervised probation, sentence to service 40 hours for indeterminate, make monthly restitution payments of $50 to court, complete the medium intense outpatient relapse prevention program, don’t enter bars or liquor stores, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives. Also convicted of second-degree driving while impaired-two or more aggravating factors; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served three days, serve as work release if eligible, may serve 60 days on EHM with alcohol monitoring at defendant’s expense. A felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, and a misdemeanor charge of driving while impaired-under the influence of alcohol, were both dismissed.

Traffic violation-start parked car — Sibyl R. Anderson, 72, of St. James; fined $135.

Bret M. Glatz, 23, of Armstrong, Iowa was convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $110. Additional charge of no insurance-owner violation was dismissed.

Derian T. Stillwell, 24, of Fairmont was convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $185. Also convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $50.
