Courtney C. Martinson, 25, of Fairmont was convicted of owner who’s not driver must later produce proof of insurance if required; fined $285, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days.

Chadrick R. Peterson, 46, of Dodge Center was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of mover over law violation-two lanes in same direction; fined $50.

Speeding — Sudarshan Ranganathan, 29, of Dearborn, Mich.; fined $385.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Graham D. Cook, 26, of Walworth, Wis.; Larry L. Miller, 57, of Truman; each fined $110.

Failure to keep to the right — Terry D. Ochensdorf, 51, of Winnebago; fined $135.

Failure of driver to stop for stop sign — Mark J. Steiner Jr., 17, of Estherville, Iowa; fined $135.

Failure to stop for stop signs or stop lines at entrance to thru highway — Michael L. Taylor, 69, of Truman; fined $135.

Littering-small amount can or bottle — Daniel J. Fritz, 54, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Hannah Dunbar, 23, of Wells was convicted of second-degree driving while impaired-two or more aggravating factors; fined $865, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served three days, may serve balance of jail time on home detention/electronic monitoring with alcohol monitoring, two years supervised probation, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, follow all recommendations of chemical dependency evaluation completed 10/30/19, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charges of driving while impaired-influence of alcohol, and driving after revocation, were both dismissed.

Giovan B. Colon, 21, of Edinburg, Texas,­ received a statutory stay of adjudication on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance sales-marijuana mixture except small amount of marijuana with no remuneration; fined $500, sentenced to jail 12 days, credit for time served 12 days, two years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment as directed by agent, complete mental health evaluation as directed by agent, report to agent on 12/2/19 at the Faribault County Law Enforcement Center, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives. An additional charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana was dismissed.

Roscoe G. Garlick, 33, of Blue Earth was convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $110. Also convicted of unsecured load; fined $60.

Danyelle M. Schultze, 38, of Sherburn was convicted of failure of driver to stop for stop sign; fined $135. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.
