Neitzel, 24, of Fairmont, was convicted of traffic-driving while impaired-operate motor vehicle under influence of alcohol; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stay 90 days for one year, unsupervised probation one year, complete comprehensive assessment, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow recommendations in a timely manner, defendant must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family and household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, defendant must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, attend MADD Impact Panel, complete DWI Program, complete a DWI level one course or equivalent, remain law-abiding, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, if requested by law enforcement. Received an additional charge of driving while impaired-fourth-degree driving while impaired-described; dismissed.

Ibsa M. Abdullahi, 52, of Amarillo, Texas, was convicted of failure to yield to vehicle/pedestrian; fined $135. Also convicted of seat belt required-driver and passengers must use; fined $25.

Driving without a valid license for vehicle class or type — Eathen J. Elverud, 20, of Armstrong, Iowa; fined $185.

Quincy T. Lewis, 45, of Woodbury, was convicted of speeding; fined $135. Also convicted of driving after suspension; fined $200.
