Johnson, 30, of Wells, was convicted of criminal sexual conduct-fifth-degree-nonconsensual sexual contact; fined $910, sentenced to jail 364 days, stay 196 days for four years, credit for time served 168 days, supervised probation four years, comply with referral to CORE Professional Services and complete Psychosexual Evaluation as directed by agent and follow all recommendations, disclose all computers, internet capable devices, and/or digital al storage devices to agent within 24 hours of possessing or accessing such devices, all devices are subject to search and monitoring, comply with computer/phone monitoring software, at own expense, as directed by agent, attend sex offender program, enter and successfully complete outpatient sex offender treatment programming as arranged by agent, no contact with victim or family, direct or indirect, no contact with persons under age 18, no contact with any females under the age of 18 without written approval from treatment provider or probation agent, no unsupervised contact with vulnerable adults, if contact is approved, the individual(s) to provide supervision must be pre-approved by probation and treatment, no assault, do not engage in any assaultive, abusive, threatening or aggressive behavior, not possess/use any pornographic/sexually explicit material, no alcohol or controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, at the request of probation or law enforcement, submit to Polygraph Examinations as directed, submit to polygraph examinations as directed by agent and/or therapist, pay for the cost of the examinations, predatory offender registration required, or if directed by MN BCA POR Unit, do not leave Minnesota without written court approval, follow all State and Federal criminal laws, cooperate with the search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.
