Paige L. Thompson, 19, of Glenville,; fined $225.

Driver’s license violation-instruction permit-under 18 years must be supervised — Kylee L. August-Ana Schmidt, 19, of (no address given); fined $50.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — William F. Rotterman, 57, of Buffalo Center, Iowa; Scott A. Langfald, 58, of Rake, Iowa; each fined $110.

Jessica J. Ehlers, 29, of Delavan was convicted on six (6) separate charges of driving after revocation; sentenced to jail 59 days, credit for time served 59 days, for four of the charges and sentenced to jail 47 days, credit for time served 47 days, for the other two charges. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; sentenced to jail 47 days, credit for time served 47 days, concurrent with other counts.

Lonsom A. Branch, 21, of Brooklyn Park was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of open bottle law violation-possession; fined $100.

Michelle M. Cline, 40, of Fairmont was convicted of careless driving; fined $185. Additional charge of driving after revocation was dismissed.

Robert M. Ziegler, 39, of Blue Earth was convicted of violate Order for Protection; fined $585, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, complete a domestic abuse program a minimum of 24 sessions or 36 hours of programming and can offset fine from costs imposed for this program, no violations of Order for Protection, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law.

Johnny Molina, 34, of Albert Lea was convicted on two separate charges of driving after cancellation; fined $285, sentenced to jail four days, credit for time served four days, for each charge. Also convicted of speeding; fined $200. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $25.

Jacob J. Lempkie, 19, of Blue Earth was convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $110. Also convicted of cracked windshield; fined $40.

Jeffrey M. Lindholm, 45, of Wells was convicted of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm; fined $585, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 84 days for one year, credit for time served six days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no contact with victim(s), follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law.
