San Man Subba, 25, of Clarkston, Ga.; fined $135.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Timothy M. Streets, 34, of Sheboygan, Wis.; fined $110.

Rick A. Rochefort, 58, of Blue Earth was convicted on a felony charge of felon in possession of firearm-convicted of crime of violence; fined $685, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 36 months, supply DNA sample. Two additional felony charges of felon in possession of firearm-convicted of crime of violence, and fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, were both dismissed.

Mitchell M. Stevens, 32, of Austin was convicted of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $885, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 161 days for two years, credit for time served 204 days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service three days for indeterminate, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation within 30 days of sentencing, no alcohol/controlled substance use unless prescribed by a physician, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Franchesca N. Tetzlaff, 22, of Blue Earth was convicted of operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations, attend MADD impact panel.

Dezmon L. Johnson, 24, of St. Cloud was convicted on a felony charge of mail theft-knowingly obtained illegally-receives, possesses, transfers, buys or conceals; fined $85, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 15 months, concurrent with other case, restitution reserved, county attorney to file within 30 days, supply DNA sample. Additional felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana, was dismissed.

Jeffery C. McCowen, 61, of Gilbertville, Iowa, was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $185.

Darien K. Robinson, 20, of Ewa Beach, Hawaii, was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of no Minnesota registration; fined $100.
