Parking restrictions on municipal lots — Kandi K. Widger, 35, of Fairmont; fined $32.

Possession of drug paraphernalia — Mark V. Whitaker V, 60, of Saugerties, N.Y.; fined $135.

Window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance — Jennifer T. Brammeier, 27, of Ceylon; fined $135.

Driving after suspension — Daevaughn T. Wilson, 20, of Ceylon; fined $285.

Nathaniel R. Corley, 41, of address unknown, was convicted on a felony charge of predatory offender-knowingly violates registration requirements or intentionally provides false information; fined $85, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 21 months, supply DNA sample. Also received an amended court decision on a felony charge of check forgery-offer or possess with intent to defraud; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 15 months, concurrent with other case, supply DNA sample, restitution to be deducted from prison earnings.

Tiffany C. Miller, 39, of St. Peter received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of theft; sentenced to jail 16 days, credit for time served 16 days, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 15 days for indeterminate, pay restitution before fines, fees and surcharges, follow recommendations of any recent chemical dependency assessments, abide by recommendations of care and aftercare, participate in mental health programming as directed by agent, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, cognitive skill training, take medications in prescribed dosage and frequency, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional felony charges of theft, and issue dishonored check, were both dismissed.

Armando J. Rivera, 55, of Fairmont received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $1,585, sentenced to jail 35 days, credit for time served 35 days, five years supervised probation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, cognitive skill training, maintain employment, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. One additional felony charge of third-degree controlled substance possession, and one misdemeanor charge possession of drug paraphernalia, were both dismissed.

Travis D. Tungland, 45, of Fairmont was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; sentenced to jail 42 days, credit for time served 42 days.
