Truman class of 1959 to meet

Truman High School class of 1959 will hold their monthly luncheon 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Pizza Ranch, Fairmont. All classmates are encouraged to attend.

First Congregational plans free meal

First Congregational United Church of Christ will sponsor a free community meal beginning 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at their church located at 319 Downtown Plaza, Fairmont. The meal will consist of Chef’s Special Savory Spring Surprise served with green salad, garlic bread, bars and beverage. Everyone is welcome.

Parkinson’s group to meet Thursday

Parkinson’s Disease Support Group will meet 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Grace Lutheran Church, 300 S. Grant St., Fairmont. The guest speaker will be Jennifer Christiansen from Abbvie Neuroscience who will be presenting information on the use of the Duopa pump delivery system for the treatment of Parkinson’s Disease. Anyone interested in learning more about Parkinson’s Disease is welcome to attend.
