HERMITAGE, Tenn. — Tracy Ann (Severson) Besmer, age 76 of Hermitage, Tenn., passed away on April 15, 2026. A Celebration of Life for family and friends is scheduled for noon on Aug. 15, 2026, at the Sylvania Park shelter house in Fairmont, Minn. Tracy was born on Jan. 22, 1950, to Harry and Jean Severson in Pickstown, S.D. Her family moved to Fairmont, Minn., where she grew up and graduated from Fairmont HS class of 1968.
