WELCOME – Circle of Faith parishes are reminded that there is drive thru communion from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. this Sunday at Waverly Lutheran Church north of Welcome and at Trinity Lutheran Church in Welcome. There are also Wednesday evening services at 6:30 p.m. at Waverly Lutheran north of Welcome during August. During the month of September, the Wednesday services will be in Ceylon at St. Peter Lutheran Church.

Tuesday coffee hours in August continue from 8:30-10 a.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Sherburn. In September, St. Paul’s United Church of Christ in Welcome will have Tuesday coffee hours, and in October, St. Luke’s Catholic Church in Sherburn will have the

Tuesday events. Join friends and neighbors for coffee and goodies and great fellowship.

Sept. 3 will be the last day that Welcome Historical Society Museum will have open hours from 2-4 p.m. After that date it will be open by appointment only.

Trimont will hold its last Sundaes at the Park event, featuring the Fett Brothers, beginning 6 p.m. on Sunday. It must be getting close to the fall season.
