Join Truman Toys for Tots program

TRUMAN — Join the Truman Toys for Tots program in helping needy children. Donate an unwrapped new gift to the Boekett Building in Truman or Elizabeth Chevrolet. They are both collecting toys for underprivileged children in our community. If anyone would like to be included on this year’s receiving list or know anyone who should be included on the list, please contact Candace Shahan at (507) 236-6988. Please drop off your gift or monetary donation at either location by noon on Dec. 9, so they can make sure it gets delivered on time. And don’t forget that older kids need gifts too.

Santa and Mrs. Claus are having a drive through visit from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday. Drive through the Profinium parking lot in Truman from the safe distance of your vehicle. Stop by to wave at Santa and Mrs. Claus and drop off your wish list (for everyone’s safety, please stay in your vehicles). For the first 250 kids, a small gift will be delivered through their elf-patented candy cane shoot. Please enter through the west driveway.
