Also had a charge of obstruct legal process continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, six months no same or similar.

Conor D. Franklin, 22, of Winnebago was convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $135. Also convicted of tires extending beyond fenders; fined $50. Also convicted of suspended object; fined $40. Also convicted of operate vehicle with illegal headlight or taillight covers (except stock); fined $40. Also convicted of front and rear license plates required; fined $30.

Alonna Shirley An Silverthorn, 18, of Fairmont was convicted on two separate charges of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $285 for each charge.
