Veronica Valadez Clagg, 35, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, restitution reserved for 30 days, do not enter the Fairmont Walmart during the term of unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Jessie W. Glaze Jr., 62, of Houston, Texas was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $585, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete and pay for a comprehensive assessment and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, can be completed in Texas and copy can be sent to the court, attend MADD impact panel if available, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no same or similar. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, and failure to drive in a single lane, were all dismissed.

Deanna M. Grashorn, 42, of Fairmont was convicted of reckless driving-drives consciously disregarding a substantial or unjustifiable risk; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no disorderly conduct or assaultive behaviors, no same or similar.

Elijah M. Youngwirth Bursell, 18, of Sherburn was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no unsupervised contact with victim, no disorderly conduct or assaultive behaviors, no same or similar.

Eric C. Leach, 43, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $685, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete and pay for a comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, no same or similar. Additional charge of fourth-degree driving while impaired was dismissed.
