Emily J. Cribbs, 25, of Winnebago was convicted of instruction permit violation (person 18 years or older); fined $135. Also convicted of child passenger restraint system-not equipped and installed; fined $50.

Gary M. Albers, 65, of St. Louis, Mo. had a charge of speeding continued for dismissal; fined $125, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, six months no driving offenses, no same or similar.

Sarah E. Bassett, 41, of Blue Earth was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $485, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 84 days for one year, credit for time served six days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, follow all recommendations of comprehensive assessment and treatment program, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, complete a mental health diagnostic assessment and follow all recommendations, complete cognitive skill training as directed by agent, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional charges of third-degree driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test, and domestic assault-fear of immediate bodily harm, were both dismissed.

Gabriel J. Johnson, 29, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200.

Lane R. Anderson, 26, of Blue Earth was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor; fined $1,015.29, restitution $255.29, sentenced to jail 364 days, stayed 352 days for two years, credit for time served 12 days, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, may receive credit off fine for out-of-pocket treatment costs, complete current residential treatment program and and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.

Roland G. Robins, 53, of Kiester had a charge of overtaking vehicle pass to left/safely clear overtaken vehicle continued for dismissal; fined $1,182.36, restitution $1,107.36, 30 days unsupervised monitoring without conviction, pay restitution. Additional charge of no insurance-driver violation was dismissed.
