Public nuisance violation — Holly M. Wolters, 28, of Truman; fined $185.
Dale R. Dailey, II, 32, of Granada was convicted of fifth-degree assault; fined $85, sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served three days, serve the remaining 27 days on electronic home monitoring through Midwest Monitoring at defendant’s expense, work release is granted, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete post-sentence investigation as directed by probation agent, complete and and follow all recommendations of a comprehensive assessment, complete a diagnostic assessment and follow all recommendations, participate in weekly mental health counseling, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, maintain a valid MN medical marijuana card, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Two additional felony charges of terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk, were both dismissed.
Timothy S. Bloom, 59, of Pulaski, Wis. was convicted of no insurance-owner violation; fined $200. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $185.
Weston G. Jensen, 42, of Mankato was convicted of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances; fined $100, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days.
Jose I. Trevino, 40, of St. James was convicted of driving after cancellation; fined $200. Also convicted of keep to the right (over center line); fined $135.
Kelly M. Thuss, 43, of Sioux Falls, S.D. was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of no front plate for foreign state if state requires it; fined $100.
