Emily R. Anderson, 23, of Winnebago was convicted of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; fined $710, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete and pay for a comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations in a timely manner, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, complete and pay for MADD impact panel within six months of sentencing and provide proof to probation agent, no same or similar. Additional charge of fourth-degree driving while impaired was dismissed.

Range, 42, of Bricelyn was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $108.65, restitution $108.65, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution, excluded from Fairmont Walmart for one year, no same or similar.
