Trenton D. Vlieger, 20, of Sherburn was convicted of fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct-non-consensual sexual contact; fined $100, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for two years, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, predatory offender registration required, no contact with victim(s), no contact with females under the age of 18, don’t leave Minnesota without written court approval, complete psycho-sexual assessment and follow all recommendations, cognitive skill training as directed by probation, no new violations of the law, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no possession of alcohol or drugs with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. An additional felony charge of third-degree criminal sexual conduct-penetration under 18 (use coercion), was dismissed.

Norton, 47, of Milford, Iowa was convicted on a felony charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $3,455, restitution $3,355, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 13 months, stayed five years, sentenced to jail 93 days, credit for time served 93 days, five years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, pay restitution, no contact with victim(s), no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t vote until July 1, 2023, you have the right to register to vote on that date and any time you are not incarcerated for this offense.

Daylin Andrew L. Hartung, 27, of Welcome was convicted of front and rear license plates required; fined $115. Also convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $50.

Zoey M. Theobald, 26, of Winnebago received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of check forgery-make or alter check; fined $1,507.78, restitution $1,507.78, three years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, pay restitution within one year of sentencing, complete a mental health diagnostic assessment and follow all recommendations, obtain employment or become enrolled in a post-secondary education, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t vote until July 1, 2023, you have the right to register to vote on that date and any time you are not incarcerated for this offense. An additional felony charge of check forgery-offer/possess within intent to defraud was dismissed.
