Driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type — Diego Hernandez Gomez, 34, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Driving after revocation — Edgar D. Mendez Mendez, 22, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Breannan J. Mercer, 32, of Fairmont received a statutory stay of adjudication on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $800, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service seven days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, complete post-sentence investigation as recommended by probation, may credit any out-of-pocket expenses from any treatment or assessments toward the fine, complete and pay for comprehensive assessment within 45 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, complete diagnostic assessment if recommended by probation and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Joshua E. Nowak, 38, of Welcome was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $585, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for two years, two years unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charge of hunting-transportation of firearms-loaded firearm was dismissed.

Nicholas T. Mace, 26, of Ormsby was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Also convicted of driving after suspension; fined $200. Also convicted of expired registration; fined $30.

Latell J. Chaney, Jr., 21, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of vehicle window restrictions-tint too dark; fined $50.
