No proof of motor vehicle insurance — Tanner D. Nawrocki, 29, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Tiffany L. Nowak, 30, of Wells was convicted of impersonating a military service member, veteran or public official; fined $100, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, sentence to service three days for indeterminate, no misdemeanor level or greater violations of the law, no same or similar. Additional charge of attempt to commit theft by swindle was dismissed.

Alisa M. Petersen, 30, of Welcome received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $685, electronic home monitor 30 days for indeterminate, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for a comprehensive assessment within 45 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations timely, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, mental health screening if recommended, cognitive skill training if recommended, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited, was dismissed.
