Speeding — Travis L. Hefner-Reineking, 18, of Winnebago; Logan L. Edgar, 34, of Bloomfield, Iowa; Bradley C. Hegg, 41, of Oregon, Wis.; each fined $125.

Douglas A. Steburg, 57, of Blue Earth was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $190.94, restitution $5.94, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution, no misdemeanor or greater violations.

Jaden Jalil Douglas, 21, of Elmore received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault; fined $460, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service eight hours for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, enter a domestic abuse counseling/treatment program within 60 days as approved by agent, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.

Edwin J. Haler, 53, of Elmore was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $660, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 362 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Additional charges of driving restrictions-drive/operate/control motor vehicle without ignition interlock, driving restrictions-alcohol/controlled substance violations, and disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene, were all dismissed.

Tyler L. Eckhardt, 34, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $410, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete and pay for a comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations, must sign all releases for assessor to obtain collateral information from assigned probation agent(s), assigned social worker(s) if any, mental health treatment provider(s) if any, relevant family/household members and recent treatment providers as part of their assessment, must successfully complete the level of treatment and aftercare recommended rather than choosing a lesser level of care, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, and operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, were both dismissed.

Leonard C. Dohm, 49, of Winnebago was convicted of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $185. Additional charge of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm was dismissed.

Speeding — Justin O. Smith, 44, of Albert City, Iowa; fined $125.

Isaac Daniel, 29, of West Bend, Wis.; fined $145.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Timothy L. Haroldson, 67, of Amboy; fined $110.
