Shannon F. Fuller, 47, of Blue Earth was convicted of nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images-intentionally disseminate image without consent; fined $335, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 86 days for one year, credit for time served one day, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete comprehensive assessment and follow the recommended level of care, no contact with victim or family, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed.
Michael A. Livingston, 35 of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $460, sentenced to jail nine days, credit for time served nine days, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, restitution reserved for 30 days, follow recommendations of the discharge report and aftercare plan, follow all recommendations of mental health providers, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, and driving after revocation, were both dismissed.
Yorman Reyes Marin, 41, of Wells was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $266, restitution $6.
Dellarae M. Murray, 79, of Wells had a charge of failure to drive with due care-speed greater than reasonable continued for dismissal; fined $59.33, restitution $59.33, six months probation to the court, no same or similar. Additional charge of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances was dismissed.
Heather M. Spidahl, 37, of Winnebago had a charge of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death continued for dismissal; fined $275, six months probation to the court, no assault, no disorderly conduct, no same or similar.
