Dillon J. Dougherty, 26, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; sentenced to jail 45 days, credit for time served 22 days, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, no same or similar.

Schiefen, 32 of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, sentence to service four days for indeterminate, restitution reserved for 30 days, don’t enter victim’s residence, don’t enter Fairmont Walmart for the term of probation, no same or similar.

Daniel L. Felton Burton, 20, of Jackson was convicted of driving after revocation; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 90 days, credit for time served from current prison term.

Haylee Jo Lynch, 25, of Albert Lea was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285, sentenced to jail four days, credit for time served four days.
