Clausen, 30, of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, don’t enter victim’s residence, don’t enter Fairmont Walmart for the term of probation, no same or similar.

Schiefen, 32 of Fairmont was convicted of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, sentence to service four days for indeterminate, restitution reserved for 30 days, don’t enter victim’s residence, don’t enter Fairmont Walmart for the term of probation, no same or similar.
