Expired registration — Courtney A. Wixom, 19, of Bricelyn; fined $115.

Move over law violation-two lanes in same direction — Gayle A. Houg, 73, of Deerfield, Ill.; fined $135.

Careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway — Michael L. Schmit, 31, of Winnebago; fined $185.

Wesley W. Tolleson, 34, of Wells received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of domestic assault by strangulation; fined $660, sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served two days, work release is granted if eligible, Huber is granted if qualifies, three years supervised probation, sentence to service 40 hours for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, complete domestic abuse batterer’s intervention program as directed by agent, may credit fine towards cost of program, complete cognitive skill training as directed by agent, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional charge of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm was dismissed.

Musa M. Bakari, 32, of Sioux Falls, S.D. was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of child passenger restraint system not fastened for child under 57 inches and under the age of 8; fined $50.

Dalton J. Bauder, 30, of Philadelphia, Pa. was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Also convicted of driving after suspension; fined $200.

Anna K. Gonzalez-ramirez, 33, of Blue Earth was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/Boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $260, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year unsupervised probation, no assault or disorderly conduct, no same or similar.

Nicholas L. Chevallier, 37, of Renton, Wash. had a charge of speeding continued for dismissal; fined $80, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Terry F. Johnson, 46, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $25.

Patrick A. Duncan, 34, of Tipton, Mich. was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of vehicle window restrictions-windshield tinted or glazed; fined $50.
