Antone R. Anderson, 33, of Minneapolis was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of operate vehicle with expired registration; fined $115. Also convicted of intersection gridlock-stop or block traffic; fined $50.

Shania C. Musel, 25, of Elmore was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $135.

Jay R. Nelson, 33, of Frost was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $685, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete a comprehensive chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional charges of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, operate unregistered vehicle without plates on public streets or highways, and speeding, were all dismissed.

Jonathan M. Perkins, 39, of Ennis, Mont. was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of vehicle window restrictions-windshield tinted or glazed; fined $50.

Joshua M. Danielson, 38, of Austin had a charge of domestic abuse-violate Order for Protection continued for dismissal; fined $75, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no violations of an Order for Protection, no same or similar.
