Driving after suspension — Jeffrey G. Garcia, 23, of Windom; fined $285.
Public nuisance-annoy/injure/endanger safety — Rachel M. Koopmeiners, 26, of Dunnell; fined $285.
Christian M. Jagodzinske, 25, of Welcome received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of third-degree controlled substance possession-10 grams or more of narcotic drug; fined $1,685, sentenced to jail 60 days, credit for time served 11 days, work release and STS are granted if eligible, five years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, successfully complete Keystone chemical dependency program or similar program and abide by all recommendations for aftercare which may include halfway house placement, complete a psychological evaluation/treatment and abide by all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, cognitive skill training as directed by agent, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional felony charges of first-degree controlled substance possession-50 grams or more, crime of violence-firearm violation, fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle, and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited, were all dismissed.
Adem C. Leach, 44, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of third-degree controlled substance possession-10 grams or more of narcotic drug; fined $1,185, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 27 months, stayed five years, sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served four days, work release is granted if eligible, five years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, mental health evaluation as directed by supervising agent and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain employment, maintain employment, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional felony charge of second-degree controlled substance sales-10 grams or more of a narcotic within a 90-day period, and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited, were both dismissed.
Robert E. Stauter, 61, of Welcome had a charge of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway continued for dismissal; fined $75, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no moving violations, no other traffic offenses.
Ramon Briseno, 60, of Elmore was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $285. Additional charge of failure to drive with due care was dismissed.
Dandrea M. Motley, 43, of Oakdale was convicted of marijuana in motor vehicle-less than 1.4 grans; fined $150. Also convicted of speeding; fined $125.
Danniel L. Gleason, 19, of Blue Earth was convicted of possession of over 1.4 grams of marijuana in motor vehicle; fined $235. Also convicted of speeding; fined $140. Also convicted of wireless communications device-engage in cellular phone or video call; fined $50. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited; fined $50.
