Careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on streets or highways — Thomas E. Winter, 68, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Sergio Rangel, 46, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $910, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 275 days for two years, credit for time served three days, serve 27 consecutive days in jail and then final 60 days on EHM with alco-sensor, work release is granted, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, no same or similar, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charges of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, and child endangerment-situation could cause harm or death, were both dismissed.

Wrobleski, 32, of New Ulm was convicted of issue dishonored check-value more than $250-500; fined $770.52, restitution $610.52, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 339 days for two years, credit for time served 13 days, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, pay restitution before fees, fines and surcharges, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, don’t open a checking account without prior approval from probation agent, obtain employment, maintain employment, cognitive skill training as directed by probation agent, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Tamara S. Hilgendorf, 49, of Welcome was convicted of driving after cancellation; fined $200. Also convicted of front and rear license plates required; fined $115.

Phongthana Ngamsanga, 47, of Sioux Falls, S.D. was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $50.

Kashis C. Dilks Smith, 23, of Fairmont was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days.

Dustin D. Pierson, 21, of St. Cloud was convicted of driving after revocation; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 90 days, concurrent with prison, fines and surcharges waived.
