Bryan D. Lempkie, 43, of Winnebago was convicted of possess ammo/any firearm-previous felony conviction; fined $585, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 362 days for two years, credit for time served three days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, remove all weapons and firearms from defendant’s possession or surrender said weapons to law enforcement, take medications in the prescribed dosage or frequency, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Also convicted of identity theft-transfer/possess/use identity of other person; fined $200, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, concurrent with other case, one year supervised probation, sentenced to service two days for 180 days, contact probation officer as directed, restitution reserved and to remain open for 60 days, no contact with victim(s), take medications in the prescribed dosage or frequency, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Two additional felony charges of financial transaction card fraud-use without consent, and first-degree tampering with a witness-prevent information to police, and a misdemeanor charge of dangerous weapons-metal knuckles/switchblade, were all dismissed.

Melinda A. Christenson, 41, of Bricelyn had a charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, six months no same or similar. Also had a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, six months no same or similar.

Daniel A. Diaz, 40, of Elk River was convicted of possess over 1.4 grams of marijuana in motor vehicle; fined $235. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited; fined $50.

Estevan Palomo, 29, of Marshall was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of operate vehicle with expired registration; fined $115.
