Driving without a valid drivers license endorsement for vehicle driven — Jose Garcia Alonso, 32, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Driving after revocation — Michael W. Osmundsen, 40, of Fairmont; Justin J. Roberts, 25, of Fairmont; each fined $285.

Chantae M. Brown, 40, of Fairmont received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of terroristic threats-reckless disregard risk; fined $660, sentenced to jail 45 days, credit for time served two days, defendant to serve jail sentence on weekends consecutively until time is served, five years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, no direct or indirect contact with victim(s), complete diagnostic assessment and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, maintain employment, refrain from all assaultive behavior including harassment or threats of violence, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charges of fifth-degree assault-fear of bodily harm or death, and disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene, were both dismissed.

Juan J. De Marre, 26, of Fairmont was convicted of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; fined $100, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 83 days for one year, credit for time served seven days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service five days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, complete diagnostic assessment with an approved provider and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional felony charge of domestic assault by strangulation was dismissed.

Craig T. Hotovec, 39, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of third-degree controlled substance possession-10 grams or more of a narcotic drug; fined $275, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 21 months, stayed for five years, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served five days, work release and STS granted, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 15 days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, maintain employment, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. An additional felony charge of second-degree controlled substance possession-25 grams or more, and a misdemeanor charge od possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited, were both dismissed.
