Matthew L. Bauman, 27, of Fairmont was convicted of domestic assault-subsequent violation; fined $685, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 320 days for two years, credit for time served 18 days, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, attend individual therapy sessions while on probation until successfully discharged, complete diagnostic assessment and follow all recommendations, no contact with victim(s) except as allowed through the Wizard Parenting app and during pick ups and drop offs through incidental contact while exchanging the children, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, Domestic no Contact (DANCO) except as allowed through the Wizard Parenting app and during pick ups and drop offs through incidental contact while exchanging the children, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Jensen, 38, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 15 months, stayed five years, sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served 18 days, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, contact probation officer as directed, cognitive skill training as directed by agent, complete chemical assessment within 45 days, follow recommendations of evaluation, complete diagnostic assessment if recommended by agent and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Also convicted of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance; fined $210, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 60 days for one year, credit for time served 18 days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, cognitive skill training as directed by agent, complete chemical assessment within 45 days, follow recommendations of evaluation, complete diagnostic assessment if recommended by agent and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited was dismissed.

Knake, 34, of St. Paul was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $100, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 366 days, give a DNA sample when directed. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use or possession prohibited was dismissed.
